Terms of service.

By purchasing through my website, you agree to the terms and conditions, refund policies, and shipping policies presented by Advbelle Arts.

I own all rights to my original artwork. I do not give anyone permission to copy, or recreate my artwork in any shape or form. 

Deposits-

Deposits are required for custom orders (portraits, paintings, graduation caps, custom shoes) and are non-refundable. 

​Refunds- 

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Orders from shop are refundable within seven days of ordering. Refunds are processed once items are received.  

Replacements-

Items bought from shop are able to be replaced if they arrive damaged. Items will be replaced once proof of damage is shown. Shipping will have to be paid for.

Custom orders are able to be replaced with proof of damage. Deposit and shipping will have to be paid for.

Advbelle Arts is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If item is marked as delivered, it is not in my control if you have not received it. You will have to reorder and pay full price. Check Shipping Policy for more information

Cancellation- 

Deposits will not be refunded for Custom orders if cancelled. 

Items purchased from shop can be cancelled before processing. 

Payments-

Payment options are available for custom orders over $100. Your order will not be started until half payment is received. Your order will not be shipped out until full payment is received. We can discuss payment plan that works for you once order form is submitted.

Hold Items-

Local Custom orders must be picked up within 10 days of finished product. A hold fee will be added if item is not picked up within that time frame unless its fully paid for. Custom orders that need shipping must be paid fully within 10 days. A hold fee will we added if order is not paid for within that time frame. If order is no longer wanted, deposit will not be refunded.
