  • What are your business hours?

    Business hours Are Monday through Friday 9am - 8pm. This time includes answering emails, completing orders, and post office trips. if your email or order is made outside of this time frame, it will be attended to the next business day.

  • How and when should customers contact you?

    All my contact info is at the end of every page. the best way to contact me is through email, but social media is fine as well. this is regards to any question or concern, if your’e wanting to place an order, it has to be through its correct order form. If you already have a pending order with me, best way to contact me is through our already existing email thread.

  • Do you accept commission projects?

    Yes I do! The only type of commission projects I do are listed under the Custom tab. Each project has a different turn around time so be aware of that when ordering. Commissions are often closed on my busier seasons so keep that in mind as well.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    I currently only ship within the US and use First Class USPS shipping with insurance. Custom orders can upgrade to Priority or express shipping if requested but additional charges will apply.

  • How soon should I order?

    Custom orders have different turn around times. you can order as early as you want, but I do recommend at least a month before your due date to request a custom order. I do offer rush fee options if your order is needed within a certain time frame. All other orders from my shop typically ship out within 3-5 days of ordering.

  • When will I get my order?

    Please note that this answer varies depending on what product/service you’re interested in. I take post office trips every business day at 4pm cst. if your order is placed by that time frame, it will ship by then, or next day. custom orders are worked on by due date. please not processing time varies depending on busy season.   • Do you accept Local Pickup?

    Yes! at checkout, you have the option to choose whether you'd like your item shipped or if youre wanting to pickup. I am located in South Oklahoma City (Be aware that the address that shows up is only a local Walmart nearby and not my actual address. Once your order is ready for pickup, I will send you correct address.)
